Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer: Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel a booking. To cancel, please contact us directly by calling 808-936-4875 or emailing HawaiiSailCharters@gmail.com. If you meet this notification requirement, you are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Cancellation by Operator: In case of cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances on our part, customers will receive a full refund or credit.
Refund Policy
Full Refunds: Full refunds or credits are issued under the conditions stated above—either customer-initiated cancellations with sufficient notice or operator-initiated cancellations.
No-Shows: Customers who do not show up for their scheduled departure without any prior cancellation notice will be charged the full price.
