Our Boat Moana
Moana is a Polynesian word for “ocean” or “wide expanse of water.” It is also a famous Disney movie that came out in 2016. Our boat Moana is a gorgeous, forty-foot, navy blue, Beneteau 393. She was designed by the French naval architects Berret/Racoupeau Yacht Design and built in Marion South Carolina, USA. She is a very comfortable, spacious and fast yacht sure to please the most scrupulous of sailors. Moana’s roomy interior is well lit and has two staterooms and two heads (bathrooms). There is a full galley (kitchen) and large dinette. She has a Bluetooth stereo with interior and exterior speakers so you can choose your music. Outside is a large cockpit with lots of comfortable seating and shade. The stern (back) is open for easy access to the ocean and has a nice ladder to get in and out of the water. We also have a fresh water shower with hot and cold water to shower off when you get back on the boat.
